Level Up HP is a mod that adds RPG style HP upgrades.
As you kill mobs, you gain HP XP, which eventually gives you HP Levels, which give you additional hearts of health.

The HP Up XP bar is placed just below your XP bar on your hot bar. Filling it gives you 1 heart. If you already have a full row, it is stacked on top of the existing hearts with a different color scheme.
The max number of Hp Up Levels is 15- giving you 30 HP or 15 hearts.

Heart Containers are from the mod Cyclic. Eating one gives you 1 Heart.
The max amount of hearts you can eat is capped at 25
This gives you 50 Hp or 25 hearts.
Without any HP adding qualities or enchantments, you cap at 96 HP or 48 hearts
